Welcome to DEIS . I’m delighted to share the story behind our company, values, and vision for the future. My name is David Causi, and as the founder of DEIS, I have the honour of leading a team of talented professionals dedicated to transforming Dubai’s real estate investment landscape.

In the first 4 years of operations we have already completed 25 projects, with the last 12 months only marking 11 properties completed. Each project is a testament to our commitment to quality and innovation, transforming underutilised properties into desirable, modern spaces while increasing investment gains for our investors. Our projects have not only enhanced the investments of our clients but have also contributed to the revitalization of the neighbourhoods in which we work.
