We begin the renovation process according to the approved design and project plan, ensuring quality and efficiency. We commit to starting the renovation no later than 15 days from the finalization of the purchase.

REGULAR UPDATES

We provide bi-weekly updates, including detailed videos and pictures, to keep investors informed of the renovation progress. Additionally, we welcome investors to join us for any visit or inspection during the renovation process.

PROPERTY VISITS

We invite you to visit the property during renovation if you’re interested, so you can personally see the progress.
